How can I get a refund?
In the event of a registration and/or hotel cancellation, the event terms and conditions will apply.
If you are within the deadline to cancel free of charge, a partial or full refund will be processed on your behalf.
You will be refunded via the same payment method initially used to register.
Refunds by credit card can be processed right away, while refunds by bank transfer will be processed closer to the event date.
