Is online payment secure?

Our registration websites include the 3D Secure feature, an authenticated payment system that offers an added security to your online purchases.

During payment, your bank checks the card holder's identity before validating the transaction. You may be asked to enter a code received on your phone, answer a secret question, enter a personal information to validate your identity, etc.

If you do not have the 3D Secure feature setup for your account, the online payment may be compromised. We invite you to check this with your bank.

Your bank may also stop the transaction for fraud prevention. We invite you to check with your bank if foreign payments are activated, and if MCI GROUP has been declared as a valid merchant.
