What should I do if I have not received the confirmation letter

If you have not received any #confirmation letter from the event after you have paid for your #registration, it is advised to check your spam or junk folder. If the email is not in your junk or spam folders, you may email the registration team to check if you have registered the correct email address.


The registration team can also resend the confirmation letter if necessary. Please note that only fully paid delegates will receive their confirmation letters.
