How do I know my payment was received?

A #confirmation email will be sent to your email address on record as soon as payment is received. You will also receive a financial receipt, as well as other applicable documents, such as your hotel voucher, visa invitation letter, etc.

Confirmation of payment via bank transfers may take up to 5 open business days to arrive. We invite you to send a copy of your payment for efficient tracking.
