I have an overpaid amount, how can I get refunded?

#Refunds by bank transfer usually take place after the event. The Secretariat will contact you by email with a refund form to complete.

Refunds by credit card do not require any form to complete. The outstanding amount will automatically be refunded to the card previously used for payment.
