I booked a more expensive room than what you offer

If it happens that you have booked a room in one of the Official #hotels and did not benefit from the preferential rates offered by MCI, please transfer any and all correspondences you have had with the hotel to the registration and housing team. They will do their utmost to have you benefit from the special rates.
